For digital still cameras, it is necessary to accurately control multiple motors such as electric zoom, AF, diaphragm and camera shake correction. Toshiba's microcontrollers are equipped with specialized functions for lens control, including simultaneous parallel processing, high-resolution 16-bit AD conversion, and real-time processing. They have built-in sensors and stepping motor drives, contributing to miniaturization of the camera. In addition, optimally designed Bluetooth® low energy products for shutter remote control and IC motor controllers are available, enabling low-voltage operation for lens control.
